Credit Defense collects information you choose to submit to create and manage a credit-report review case. This may include contact information, address information, the last four digits of a Social Security number, uploaded credit reports, identity documents, proof-of-address documents, case notes, and delivery records.
Case files and uploaded evidence are encrypted at rest and access is limited to authenticated personnel. Service providers may process information only as needed for configured payment, email, OCR, or print-mail functions. We do not pull your credit report through this intake.
Records are retained according to the final retention schedule approved by counsel. Contact the service administrator to request access, correction, deletion where legally available, or revocation of a customer portal link.
Counsel must add the legal entity name, effective date, jurisdictions, processor list, contact address, rights process, breach notice process, and final retention schedule before publication.
